Heliatek, a world leader in the development and manufacturing of organic solar film, announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with vTrium Energy to expand its presence in Singapore and in the Southeast Asian market. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Lee Hsien Loong, prime minister of Singapore, and Stanislaw Tillich, minister-president of the Free State of Saxony, Germany, at the Federal Chancellery of the Free State of Saxony in Dresden.
