AIM North America (AIM NA), the industry association for the automatic identification industry, announced the recipients of the 2017 AIM NA Awards.
This year, Zebra Technologies was honored as the 2017 AIM North America Business of the Year. This award is presented to an organization in recognition of outstanding contributions and service that have furthered the growth of the AIDC industry.
Joel Kahn, North America/Latin America channel business development manager for the Data Capture Business Unit at Zebra Technologies was named the 2017 AIM North America Professional of the Year.
Established in 2007, the AIM North America Professional of the Year is presented annually to an individual in recognition of innovative and exceptional contributions to the development of the AIDC industry through their work as a contributor, collaborator, or mentor.
Kahn, who regularly states he has the best job at Zebra being in a position to help customers on a daily basis, has more than 40 years of industry experience. In his current role, he is responsible for supporting distributors throughout North and Latin America.
