Zebra Technologies Corporation announced the company was voted a top software vendor across 17 categories in Retail Information Systems (RIS) 2021 Software LeaderBoard.
This includes sixth-best overall in the Top 20 category.
This is Zebra Technologies’ second consecutive year featured in the LeaderBoard.
The company ranks in the Top 10 in many categories including total cost of operation, quality of support, quality of service and technology innovation. It is currently ranked sixth overall – maintaining its standing from last year – out of hundreds of software vendors.
Also prominently featured in the LeaderBoard is Zebra’s most recent acquisition, Reflexis Systems, the leading provider of intelligent workforce management, real-time communication, and task management solutions for multi-site organizations in retail, food service, hospitality and banking.
Reflexis ranked in the Top 20 overall and scored in the Top 5 across 27 categories including technology innovation, total cost of operation, return on investment, leaders in recommendation and customer satisfaction in multiple areas.
Of note, Reflexis ranked No. 1 for ease of installation and integration, ease of administration and maintenance, and recommendation by mid-size retailers.
