In mid-May 2021, ARMOR India Manesar was awarded triple QSE certification (Quality, Safety & Environment). It obtains these three ISO certifications hardly one year since its creation, all conducted remotely in the challenging context of the health crisis.
At the heart of ARMOR's DNA is a commitment to quality and responsible practices. This commitment is reflected in the recent ISO certification process, in a continuous improvement process. Given the local health situation, the audit was performed remotely.
This was a major challenge for the teams, who had to demonstrate a capacity to adapt. The subsidiary obtained all three certifications in its first audit: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment).
Issued by TÜV SÜD, the triple QSE certification confirms the implementation of an integrated management system based on acknowledged quality, safety and environmental standards. In 2020, the Bengaluru site had already obtained this triple certification following a remote audit conducted at the height of the lockdown. The two Indian subsidiaries are now determined to maintain these certifications and their commitments.
"Obtaining this triple certification is the crowning achievement of our teams' day-to-day commitment to ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction, as well as their determination to meet environmental challenges," said Hubert de Boisredon, chairman and CEO of ARMOR.
