SML Group announced the launch of its Middle East business operations with a new location in Dubai. The expansion will see SML bring its solutions to the growing Middle Eastern region as it looks to develop its business operations globally and help its customers to propel their brands into the future.
Dubai boasts a rapidly developing apparel and retail market, expected to grow $3.2 billion by 2027. With this new location, SML demonstrates its commitment to the region by being the first in its industry to open a label and RFID solutions services location in Dubai, coupled with a strong focus on helping its customers prosper.
“This is a hugely exciting time for SML as we solidify our presence in the Middle East with a new Dubai location,” said Ignatius K.C. Lau, CEO of SML Group. “We’re confident that this new venture will contribute significantly to SML’s growth and success in the region.”
Following years of research and experience in the region - which saw SML lean on its strong global presence to deliver 150 million RFID tags and deployed Clarity in more than 100 stores across the Middle East - SML believes now is the time to cement its presence in Dubai.
